Is it possible to put an image in the subject/title block at the top?

Is it possible to put an image in the subject/title block at the top?
Then move subject/title down to head of content.
My page titles do not fill the block, and it looks dumb with all the extra space.
If I could place image that would look better.
All color versions are the same. Is there something we should know?

Hmm I'm sorry but could you please elaborate more on this issue or take a screenshot of it so I get a better picture?
