Anonymous users unable to add items to cart...

Issue Summary

Hi, I have a weird issue and was hoping someone might have an answer.

Logged in as a member, I can add items to the ajax cart, no issue.

However, when logged out, if I add an item, it does it's deal and dynamically shows up the ajax cart block. But, if the user tries to actually go to his or refreshed the page, the cart is empty. Any idea what might be going on?
