Support For NuSOAP or alternatives

Issue Summary

Just would like to know, if not request, the possibility of using NuSOAP or something similar for users who are on a shared hosting enviornment and do not have the ability to enable SOAP.

I would imagine that NuSOAP could be used; however, I've never actually used it, so it will take some time to make the module NuSOAP-compatible. If someone would like to take the lead on this, I'll be happy to commit it. I will look into it as I have time.
