cannot create node for image

Hi,
i have the following problem working with the module.
I followed the documentation: http://drupal.org/node/201426 but I cannot do point 4.
If I create a new node it asks me to choose a block but there is no block to choose. Thus I have to create block but at Site configuration > Header image > Add there is no "add".
Maybe you can help me.

Ok thats i bug. If you go on domain.de/admin/settings/headerimage/add
you can add a new block
