The anchor tag for new comments is incorrectly formated in the generated emails.

On line 175 the url link is not generated correctly

url("node/$nid/$c->cid#$c->cid", NULL, NULL, TRUE)

should be

url("node/$nid", NULL, "comment-$c->cid", TRUE)
