sorry, my english is not good.
I want say i use FCK editor when i create a article .
And i have browse images to body from my computer (Add images in FCK editor) then i want add a short copyright notice to your image

I see.
Well, normally, the imagecache process does not interfere with images directly uploaded and embedded from fckeditor. It makes a link directly to the original file.
I think IMCE may have a feature that helps you specify an imagecache preset when embedding images. Not sure.
