Description
While receiving emails from the contact for using smtp module and gmail / google apps smtp, the FROM email address, which should be the visitor / customers email address is replaced smtp account email address. the SMTP should use the reply to field so that when the webmaster gets an email from a customer / visitor you can reply.
As it is now, there is no trace of the visitors email address in the contact form email while using this module with gmail / google apps

I get the correct behavior when I try it. Do you have the 'Always use these values' checkbox checked in the configuration page at admin/settings/smtp? If so, uncheck it. If not, check to see what other possibly related modules you have installed that might be causing your problem.

i've got the same problem on my sites - they are running 6.13 drupal with smtp 6-1-beta3 and now i've upgraded to 6-1-dev - nothing changed,
i don't see Always use these values checkbox on my admin/settings/smtp

I had the same problem with a pre 1.0 version, but it is not happening now that I am testing with 1.0 beta4
