I have been working on making my nice site fit around Drupal architecture for about 2 weeks solid now. And i've come to the conclusion that this must be what having a baby is like, if I were a woman.
Or a more appropriate (but crass) metaphor: like taking a really really big dump. one of those ones that just won't come out. you know?

If you want the equivalent of a c-section, create a subtheme. Browse http://d-theme.com, pick the theme closest to what you want then create a subtheme with just the variations you need.
