Tricki is created by Fields Medal recipient Timothy Gowers and his graduate students.
Even though I'm not the one built the site, I would like to point out it is a good use of Drupal in academics.
The inline comment system is specially interesting.

Site looks great.

The one thing that I'd suggest is to move the logo to the left side of the header, not a big deal, just looks a little funny to me.
