I need a developer or team to deliver the following Module:
* Admin can promote comment to a Blog Content item.
* Promoted Comment stays as a Comment, but is also duplicated to a new Blog Content item, and automatically published on Promotion.
* The publish date of the new Blog Content item is the date of the Promotion.
* The author of the Blog Content item is the Comment Author.
* Threshold setting in the admin menu that will automatically promote a Comment to Blog post based on number of votes Comment receives. A setting of '100' would mean that once the 100th user thumbs up a Comment, that Comment will be automatically promoted to a Blog Content item.
