New major version; it works with hook_preprocess_content_field() instead of reimplementing existing formatters.
This version fix a bug related to theming (Not working for Node References).
Also introduce a "canonical" meta tag for page with multiple items paginated.
It only works with versions of CCK >= 6.x-2.5.
