Page View Keyboard Functionality

Is it possible to add keyboard functionality, such as left and right arrow keys, for forward and back navigation among items in Page View displays? I understand this could conflict with other Rotor blocks, and that Rotor isn't necessarily meant for this, but honestly it's the best and most flexible module I've been able to find for displaying content like this.

Just curious if you knew of a method or if it is planned for a future release.
