im trying to implment google cse with their Custom Search Element in http://www.google.com/coop/cse/

When Configuing it : Use existing Google Customer Search Engine, just copy Copy and paste this snippet of code into your webpage part onto new block. it works fine.

But, When Configuring it: Automatically search my site, it doesnt show up.

when i take out

-- Google Custom Search Element - part from the 1st line

paste what was left in those copy and paste part, now it seems to work.

Now I placed that new block in the Content Top region

Configure: Search my site and use AdSense for Search.

But Im not sure if it is the proper way to implement Google CSE Custome Search Element on drupal 6.0

For the sake of comparison, I placed Google CSE module in the left-sidebar region.

Appreciate suggestion.
