Knowledgebase filter seems to be strange/different

Filtering the Knowledge Base doesn't seem to allow to show all knowledgebase nodes. Also, unlike other storm areas, the kb search terms can't be edited in attributes. This is a bit inconsistent. Can it be changed? Or have I missed something?

Yes - there seem to be a few issues here - this would be a bug:
- Filter does not give an 'all' option
- Filter does not show child entries if filtered by parent
Also that there is no distinct Knowledge Base Topic Search attribute domain.
