Is there any easy definitive way to clear the entire theme cache? It is really hard to get it recognize my new pages. Some pages show. Some don't. Changes take forever to appear. Any advice appreciated. Thanks. Kevin

CustomPage settings page has "clear cache" link that should work without a problem.
