i want to use views to select out some nodes
and then add all this nodes to a book or module nodehierarchy?

Sounds to me like you want to attach a "View" to a node hierarchy. That seems pretty far out of scope. I'm marking that postponed unless you have some code to back up that request.
Note, there are some views that come with Node Hierarchy. Perhaps you can create an "attachment" within one of the provided views and bring in a list of nodes that you want to add.
