I got lots of those errors with new restricted user accounts today and I found another issue here (http://drupal.org/node/505322) that reported something similar, just that it was fixed already.

However, I found that the fix was done in stormtask and stormticket, but not in stormtimetracker.

Please find attached a patch that solves the problem there as well.
