Three dynamic blocks
-Latest news(right hand side in the place of "What customer says"), this will be above "All Packages Include"
-Gallery block with JQuery with 3 different images switching(where we currently have, "Its time to power up the gear to ...)
-Promotions (Where we currently have, "Special web design offer")

Inner page:
-Custom content type for "All packages Include", just can create a type and place it on the right hand side of the page.
-View for "What Customer Says"

Optional: WHMCS integration

My budget is very low, so don't bid if your quote is more than $80.

Your budget is far from covering the job you want to be done. There is no one (good themer) that can take this job for that price.

Don' think this hosting company is a non-profit.

Hell the monthly Drupal hosting is anywhere from $5 for 1/10gb to $18 for 15/70gb.

The links on the footer of the homepage do not work by the way.
