I have Live working beautifully for comments, but it is not working at all on nodes. I'm attempting to use it on Page and Book page nodes that have not been altered from the default setup for these kinds of content. I have configured the Live Node Preview settings to be similar to the Live Comment Preview settings (which work great) and Live is enabled for the node types that I am trying to use it on.

I do notice that there is no "Threshold delay for refresh" setting under the Live Node Preview settings -- it does seem as though the cause of the problem could be that Live is simply not refreshing for nodes.

Is there a fix for this? Thank you for your help!

You have to press the "Preview" button to get the live preview for nodes. That's by design, since module can't really know well about all of node fields to update automatically.

Aha, I understand. I hadn't realized this difference between the previewing of comments and nodes. Thanks for explaining!

I'm changing this issue's status to "By design."

Do you foresee live previews of node content anytime in the future? A preview of the "Body" field in standard-content-type nodes that have not been altered with CCK would be very useful!
