Hi there,
I'm using Modr8 to allow anonymous users to submit nodes. This works great. However, sending moderation mails isn't possible, because anonymous users don't have an e-mail address. Would it be possible to add a CCK e-mailfield on the node, and use this value to send the moderation mails?

Hmm, not sure about that - sounds reasonable, but not something I have time to investigate.
Most likely this would just involve making a hook available so you could populate the e-mail field.
