Improved site search options

This issue may need re-directing elsewhere, but it appears to affect 2 indipendent areas, so will leave yourselves to decide

If we search an issue queue we get a column of how many "Replies"

if we search Drupal.or we get "Comments"

First there may be a case for consistency

Second , in both cases a feature to filter by those only where comments / replies greater than zero would be great. People search usually for a solution to a problem, so an entry with zero comments replies, is likely the initial inquiry by someone else, and will in all likelyhood not identify a possible answer, just someone with a similar issue. With the search results being filled with entries that have no responses we can spend ages sifting pages for whats needed, the filter could reduce that time. If we don't find what were looking for we can reverse the filter to those with zero, and add our information to an existing issue if it exists, before we go making a new one
