Album Cover went away on Teaser

Hello!
I`m using the Photos Album Modul and want that Users can`t, modify (or can`t see) the option "Teaser Settings" during adding an Album.
If I make as Administrator on the "Teaser Settings" the Point "Create an album, when that allows users to modify this setting:" to "disabled" then the Teaser Settings are not available for the Users.
But then the Album Cover form the Users on the Album Page went away, but I need this!!

I only want that the Users can add Albums, Pictures, Comments and rename Pictures.
