Love the module, nice work, makes a big difference over the default drupal message display on page.
I can see putting together a very slick, custom "skin" based on this to use on all my sites, and make this a very permanent module in my goto set.
The ONE and only ONE thing I can really find wrong that I don't like is this:
The ability to auto fade out the messages is great, HOWEVER, I think that this should ONLY be available when the messages in the array are ALL of type 'status'. I'd like to make my setting something quite fast to fade away, say 5 seconds maximum after page load. However, this poses a big problem if maybe you were getting an error message or a warning message about module status. I think those messages should either have a separate setting to either enable or disable the fade out time, or choose NOT to fade those messages out at all.
Thoughts?

I think it's an interesting issue to expand the module for every message type!
I think we might want the option to enable or disable for specific message types!
Or,
I may want to see my error messages in red, positioned at top! width is 100%, slide down and then stick there!
But I want my status messages to popup as default and auto hide!
Don't you think this will be more cool? Yet it might get bulky!
I'm considering it! What do you think? :)
