Fusion Charts and AmStock Integration Assistance

Hello,

I am developing a subscription site that will hopefully make heavy use of FusionCharts and AmStock. I would like to contract someone for a small project to help me plan a good solution and develop the necessary modules. I have VB and SQL programming experience but I am having difficulty making headway in Drupal. Right now a few hours of programming assistance would be great. However, I am looking to build an on-going relationship with a Drupal programmer as I extend the functionality of the site.

Project A: FusionCharts Dashboard from MySQL database
- Design a flexible method to include 5 to 10 small FusionCharts on a page that are updated from a MySQL database
- Determine whether existing modules can be used and extended(i.e. Drupal FusionCharts module) or whether a new module should be created
- Develop any custom code necessary
- Review the Drupal configuration and code with me so I understand the implementation
NOTE: The Drupal FusionCharts module may be able to do all this right now but for some reason I am having trouble understanding the how to use the API.

Project B: Amstock Chart from MySQL database
- Assist in porting current working PHP code to Drupal that displays an AmStock chart. The page also includes 3 dependent dropdowns that dynamically select from a MySQL database.
- Develop any custom code or modules as necessary.
- Review the Drupal configuration and code with me so I understand the implementation

I do not think these are very complicated projects so I am looking mostly for a little hand holding as I learn Drupal. After these projects I will be working on adding a treegrid (treegrid.com) and some advanced UI functionality which will probably take more time.

If you are interested please send me a rough guess on estimated work effort for Projects A and B, your hourly rate and a brief summary of your experience with this type of project.
