Hello everyone,
I am looking for a way to display my phpbb forum's new posts on my site's homepage as a way to provide constant fresh content to my Drupal 6 site.

Is there such as mod or a way? How?

Does phpbb provide RSS feeds? You could export them via RSS and pull them in via aggregator. I've never heard of a module specifically for doing pulling phpbb posts into Drupal. This is one of the big reasons why bridges suck. ;) Your forum isn't really integrated in your site.

I have limited experience with it, but the phpbb integration module states that it provides blocks listing the latest forum posts, latest forum topics, forum stats, top posters, etc. The SMF integration module provides similar blocks that I'm using on a few sites.
