Could someone explain the new features of the Ldap Data module.

I can't find any documentation explaining how to use the "Attribute visibility & access control" section.

Basically I dont understand if this section over-writes the map to profile portion.

Also what is the format of the example string. Ie. what element mean what.

Where will this form element show up?

cn|text|textfield|Common Name|64|64
homePage|url|textfield|Other web pages|64|64

basically i upgraded to the new version and i can't get the ldap data to sync up and display.

Also, http://drupal.org/node/118123 docs are old!

This configuration allows display and edit of the user's ldap data which is mot mapped to the drupal profile fields. The data if configured will be shown in the user profile.
