When you request to Login using Twitter, it creates your a/c on website.
but it doesnt add your twitter a/c on given page, they both could work togather.

I think this is probably not going to happen. There are other uses of the twitter module besides pulling in tweet, so assuming that everyone wants to pull in their tweet as soon as they input their information would be folly IMO. No?
