I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. Suggestions welcome :-) I'm getting the following error when trying to edit an existing feed:
This content has been modified by another user, unable to save changes.
At first I thought that it appeared because admin had created the feed in the first place. But admin also gets the error. Any ideas?

Similar error w/ aggregator2-cvs and 4.7.3
I'm getting a similar error and am unable to update ag2 feeds. The error received when trying to refresh the feed is something like this:
* Parsing feed xyz took 0.0088479518890381 seconds.
* Failed to validate aggregator2_feed for xyz feed: This content has been modified by another user, changes cannot be saved..
* Syndicated content from xyz feed.
* This content has been modified by another user, changes cannot be saved.
* Errors in entry from xyz feed: This content has been modified by another user, changes cannot be saved. [...]
Anyone have a quick thought to try? Thanks!
similar problem in 4.6.9
i get these msgs also with aggregator-2. i started paying attention because it seems like i am also having an issue with aggregator trying to reuse node numbers. i have turned off caching for now to see if that was part of the issue and have also installed db-maintenance to run with my cron jobs hoping that might clean things up. other than that, i'm at a loss with what to do.
i think the problems are giving google headaches, my traffic is dropping and google tech says the bot is grumpy with my pages, saying i have duplicate content at the same url.
grrrrumble.
