I read this issue http://drupal.org/node/264662 . As nicholasThompson said the problem was solved in Page Title Alpha 6

I am using Page Title 5.x-2.2+ Nodewords_nodetype 5.14 and the problem still exists-when I add token or custom php tabs disappears.

Please help!

Are you still having this problem? If so, what happens if you disable nodewords_nodetype, does the problem go away?
