Component Weight from Webform Not Transferred to Webform Report

Issue Summary

The weights of the individual components as set when editing the Webform do not transfer to the Webform Report. I'm unsure what Webform Report uses for determining which component fields come first in the report form.

Component ordering is addressed in the 6.x-2.0 release which is in beta now.
