The margin is not applied if a sticky header is shown on a table. Therefore the sticky header flows below the admin menu and the column names are no more visible.

"Adjust top margin" is checked.
"Keep menu at top of page" is checked

Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

However, marking as duplicate of #428844: Use JS to adjust layout (a fix for all margin/absolute/background problems). Please search for existing issues before submitting a new one.
You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
