DHTML menu doesn't respect Expand selection

Issue Summary

Hi,
Cool module. Most of it works really well for me.
However, it appears that DHTML menu ignores the Expanded tick boxes on the admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links page, i.e. all (sub)menus initially appear collapsed.

Looks like a duplicated bug.. #344958: Expand items that are set to be always expanded.
