The docs for D5 say:
> # Check the box Include header in nodes? to include the header when viewing nodes with issues of the newsletter. The header is always included in e-mails with issues of the newsletter.

This is missing in beta 2.

I don't think so, anyways, the option does not exist. It might be a feature request, if you want to.

Yes, this feature is missing in the D6 version, and the header and footer is never displayed on the node view. The D5 feature should get back into the D6 version, or always display the header and footer.

People with proper privileges can select PREVIEW from the tabs above the node to see what it looks like with Header and Footer.

Not having this feature makes the D6 version not so usable -- newsletters don't appear the same online as they do in email.
