rootcandy dark text is hard to read

Issue Summary

In a number of places, the text in tables can be difficult to read in the rootcandy dark theme.

Here's two examples,
an imagefield on a node form: http://skitch.com/budda/b3t73/create-gallery-fishpool-farm
the features admin menu: http://skitch.com/budda/b3t2a/features-fishpool-farm

The grey text on a grey background is a bad combination.

i also noticed a problem on the imagefield example, the ahah forms don't inherit the button styling for remove/upload. bit of a weird one.

The shots were taken in Firefox 3.5

the Tokens are also unreadable.

i was just going to add that token tables are bad too.
