I wrote number of useful modules.
I wish published them.

list:
uc_middlename - provide a middle name of customer for an order
uc_sku - check a unique sku with support locale (translation)
deposit - api for provide a user deposit
uc_deposit - the payment method that enable to customer to buy goods (products) from user deposit
frontpagepath - provide true redirect (301) from / to path /xx for default or top language

Please include the code for your modules.

frontpagepath sounds like it could be a very useful feature request for Global redirect. I don't recommend a new module just for that.
