First of all, thank you for this module, it's what i need. I have been playing with the old version untill 3 days ago. Than I upgraded and noticed some very nice features, like that title of the comment is linking to the node and place of the comment, sweet. One thing confusing me is that I used to run node comments "the old way", when comments module was disabled. No it is required, and some inconstencies are occuring for me:

1) My recent comments block is behaving funky, links point to the "old" nodes. When viewing those, I see the new comment link in the title of the comment, which is the one that takes you to exakt place of the comment, under the parent node, the way it is supposed to be. I guess there are some changes to be made in views. How to create recent comments view now, using node-type I used before for comments... or creating view, comment type? Bit confused.

I believe you want to change the title field to the "Node: Node comment link" field -- you can use rewriting to put the title inside of that, and it should link to the right place.
