Hi everyone,
i used drupal 5, and it has no problems, however when you go to drupal 6, which is supposed to be better, there are glaring problems, for example you can activate a module and the process is successful, but you can not manage it. I am using an admin module which is a more enhanced graphics administration module, but apart from the forum modules, other modules can not be managed, you can change settings and all that stuff, but the buck ends there. has anyone experienced this.

you will need to elaborate far more on what the exact issue is.
I use D6, albeit without the admin module and have no trouble access module settings screens.
What do you think you are missing? could you give a solid example please?
Drupal Module management
In drupal 5, when you add the admin menu, there is section called site configuration, there is where you manage the additional modules, in 6, with the admin module i have there is no site configuration, only configuration, maybe the problem is with the admin module, i am using, because i install the modules fine, but that's all i am able to do

remove admin.module does expected functionality return?
if so, either the understanding of how admin.module has moved things needs learning or the module may have a bug that should be reported.
I am using D6 + admin Menu
and everything works fine for me. This is on 3 different sites and I have no problems.
Did you enable the modules?

the admin.module and the admin_menu.module are two different animals.
Did you give yourself
Did you give yourself permissions to the modules after you enabled them?
I ALWAYS forget to do that for some odd reason, I'll start looking everywhere for it, then remember to add the permissions and feel pretty stupid about it.
you can search
you can search the admin panel for the module title, may be found under any category,
you can find on the module page on drupal.org the path to admin. the module
also some modules need token and others need writing permissions
