Hi,

I would recommend updating point 5. in INSTALL.txt to reflect the new .htaccess generating feature.

A whole re-read of README and INSTALL is needed - maybe the 2 files should be combined into README.txt together ....

also the install instruction about the .php file that needs to be copied to the drupal root in order boost to work with the stats module ....

latest dev no longer needs the extra php file; although I should talk about it, because if you use that it can be faster.
