Support for CKeditor

Issue Summary

Using FCKeditor with diff causes all text changes to appear as "changed" text, rather than as "added," "changed," or "deleted."

I also noticed that when you hit preview it gives you a side-by-side 2 column layout instead of inline. What gives ?
