Replace contact / links fieldgroups

Remove all contact / links fields and fieldgroups.

Create two new compound field types:

contact_me field:
- application (drop down select list: aim, skype, yahoo, etc)
- screen_name (text field)

find_me field:
- website (drop down select list: facebook, myspace, twitter, etc)
- address (link field)
