Formerly I_am_trying_to_understand but it was too long so I changed it!
Not yet!
It hasn't been decided yet, although a couple of people seem to have thrown their hats in the ring.
Personally, I'm hoping for San Francisco.

A couple of years ago, I think the Drupalcons were about 80-100 people agreeing to show up in the same city... it's only been recently that the size of them have grown this much.
