I have the problem that I need to add/remove given terms with a scheduler. Wouldn't that be a nice feature, that you could tell a node, when it should be assigned to a given term and remove the other terms. This is need if you have for example an archive you are building up with taxonomy

Sorry, but we are not going in this direction. You might want to try it with other, more suitable modules (actions, workflow, rules etc.).
