Im using the latest opera 9.6 along with FF to work on my site, FF for admin'ing and opera to see the appearance of a given user/role. But when trying to click-drag to resize the image the ability is not available. It works perfect in FF 3.5. I am also in lunux/ubuntu if it matters. I am using:

wysiwyg/fck-6.x-2.0
imce-6.x-1.2
image resize filter-6.x-1.4
drupal-6-13

This is not an issue with Image Resize Filter, it's a problem with your WYSIWYG (and actually it's not that either, it's a limitation of Opera in that it doesn't support resize handles like other browsers).
