Firstly great module and have enjoyed making breadcrumbs work so much better for my sites.
Not sure if this is something you are aware of but certain account pages pop an img source code into the page title.
I am not sure if this is caused completely by this module but I do know when I uninstall it the problem goes away.
Funny thing is on some of the releases over the past month this comes and goes, with the latest release it looks to be back again.
I am aware this could be other moduel conflicts but just wanted to know if anyone else was aware of this?
Again the most abvious place I see this happen is within the login page and in the title I get ![]()

MGN commentedSorry, I am not sure what you are talking about when you say an "img source code into the page title" ? I am testing it on a few different test sites and haven't seen anything that fits that description. Can you provide a screen shot or more detail so I can troubleshoot this? Thanks

glynster commentedHere is a screenshot.
Also seems to be connected to the admin menu.
But I have been using the admin menu for years!

MGN commentedThat's interesting. I can't reproduce it and I am not sure how any thing in custom breadcrumbs could contribute to that...
Do you have the "force the active trail" optional enabled? If so, disable it to see if its related to that code.
Have you tried changing themes to see if its related to the theme?

glynster commentedHi there,
Thanks for the continued help here!
OK I am using force menu trail - is a great feature and really gets the menu working well.
I turned it off and this made no difference.
I also remove the admin menu module as well, this removed a lot of the code but still changed the h1 to "icon_users".
Now I don't think I stipulated this but this is only happening on user pages - this screen shot is taken from user login page.
Also I changed themes to Garland, logged out and went to the user login page and still the h1 was "icon_users".
OK hope this helps a little.
Cheers

MGN commentedSorry. I still can't reproduce this and can't identify anything in the code that would cause this to happen. Its been more than a month since this was reported. Are you still seeing it in the current code?

glynster commentedWell I just upgraded to your latest dev version and guess what the issue is gone!
So yes the problem is gone now and we have no idea how :)
I will keep you posted if it comes back.
Thanks for keeping me posted.

MGN commentedGreat. I'll mark it fixed for now, even though we don't understand why. Thanks.
