xtracker shows vote results even if nodevote is set to not show vote results

Description
When I go to /xtracker, there is a tab for the taxonomy term that I configured for xtracker, whether or not I configured nodevote to show vote results only if user has voted on the node. This seems to be incorrect to me, as it is a way around seeing the vote results if I have not yet voted.
One way to solve this problem would be to add a permission that would only allow certain roles to see the vote results.
