Issue Summary
When we visit http://drupal.org/project/security_scanner, it's quite hard to make out what this module actually *does*. There's some talk about simpletest and only a very few lines that actually describe the module.
The first paragraph should describe what this module is for so that it's easy to figure out in one quick look.
