Move update code from 4.7 branch.

Something is wrong with this module. The 4.7 version cannot work, the upgrade file, for example, contains form_* functions, which are only available for 4.7!

There seems to be some confusion here. The file, node_privacy_byrole_upgrade.php, was only something to run for the update from 4.5 to 4.6 and then for another update during the 4.6 life-span.

Looking at the CVS log messages, it seems that I, at one point, did some work to port it to 4.7 but never tagged it as head and that someone, afterward, came along and branched head to DRUPAL-4-7. (I'm only looking at it now after the porting work I did 1 year 8 months ago to realize that is what happened).

In anycase, I haven't even thought about porting this module to DRUPAL-5 yet, if there's a demand for it, I might try to do it in my free time, but i strongly doubt I'll get around to it. In anycase, if there's anyone that wants to work on the port, please come forward, I'll give you some commit access.

Changing the title to resemble the task to be done:
node_privacy_byrole_upgrade.php and the update instructions must be removed from the 4.7 branch (and tarball)

Will take care of this later on.

Removed in cvs on the 4.7 branch.
