Description
When i select file to upload, after closing file browser window, buttons 'save' and 'preview' become inactive, so i can't post a comment.

UPD: this happens only if i have selected file to upload. If i press 'cancel' in the file browser, comment post buttons remain being active.
UPD2: same things with latest dev version

#453860: 'Submit' and 'Preview' buttons remain disabled after uploading attachment via comment_upload module worked for me.
