CC+ is the implementation of the ccREL property, morePermissions, which allows a rights holders to grant more permissions in addition to a standard CC license.

The flag for this is "needs review". It looks like there isn't any code to look at yet so I'm bumping back to Active.

Oh, this is just the cc:morePermissions field. It's implemented as one of the metadata fields, and displays in the node license block using the appropriate RDFa.

We might want to allow customization of the display in the future (currently says, "There are alternative licensing options available." (with link)), but it's been implemented. :)
