In default.profile, blocks for Seven theme are enabled twice, provoking an Integrity constraint violation.
It's a very quick fix, and breaks the installer. So I am marking it RTBC directly.

avpadernoI have the same exact problem. After I am asked for the first user account data, the installation stops reporting an integrity constraint violation.
I am able to see Drupal pages, anyway, and the account is created.

dropcube commentedI consider this is critical. It's not possible to run tests, the default profile installation fails.
